Jesca is a wife, mother and nurse. She was born in Tororo, Uganda and moved to the United States with Brian in 2006. Jesca has worked in clinics, nursing homes and schools in the United States, where she was a beloved nurse because of her exceptional ability to form meaningful and loving relationships with people. Prior to moving to the United States, Jesca worked as both a manager and an accountant in Tororo, Uganda.
After years of serving others in their community independently, Brian and Jesca formed Shine International, Inc. in 2019 in hopes that the organization would be able to help God’s children to reach their full potential so they may also brightly shine their lights on their communities. When they are not in Tororo, Brian and Jesca reside in Elk River, Minnesota with their three children—Amani, Akisa and Adia.
